# 工單範本

## 新增範本

位於列表右方「新增範本」除了可以進行建立新的範本外，既有之每筆規則都有「編輯」按鈕，當您點擊後將導向編輯頁面，即可在此頁面設定自訂規則及動作。

## 編輯範本資訊

進入主要編輯界面，顯示構成基本資訊的欄位，欄位列表如下：

### 基本設定

| 必填                                                                           | 欄位   | 內容                |
| ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---- | ----------------- |
| <ul class="contains-task-list"><li><input type="checkbox" checked></li></ul> | 範本名稱 | 請賦予此範本一個名稱。       |
| <p></p><ul class="contains-task-list"><li><input type="checkbox"></li></ul>  | 範本描述 | 補充描述讓專員更易於辨識範本用途。 |

### 範本設定

各項欄位操作與新建工單相同，以下為範例：

儲存資料完成後，未來新增工單時，只需點擊左上角的「工單範本」

左側會彈出您預先設定好的範本列表，只需點擊一下即可立即套用至您現在的工單內容。
