# 關注工單

## 進行關注

「關注」功能位於單一工單內容上方項目列表中。

默認狀態下，工單關注狀態皆為「未關注」，當你選擇關注此工單後，任何關於此張工單的異動，如標題、狀態、內容更改等，你皆會於通知中心收到一則訊息，告知你異動訊息。

當滑鼠移動至上方時，可以檢閱目前關注人員。且當你也為關注人員時，按鈕也將顯示為綠色，方便快速確認關注狀態。

當你點擊此按鈕後，則會立即關注此工單，反之，若你已為關注人員，則是進行取消關注。
