設定 META 開發者帳號

1. 註冊或登錄 Facebook Developer ，然後點擊建立應用程式。 Sign up or log in to Facebook Developer and click on "Create App."

  1. 選擇「企業商家」作為應用程式類型。 Choose "Business" as the application type

  1. 輸入應用程式名稱，如果您沒有商業帳號，則可以將其保留為未選狀態。輸入完成後，點擊「建立應用程式」，點擊後您將被導向到 Meta 儀表板。 Enter the application name. If you don't have a business account, you can leave it unselected. After entering the name, click "Create App," and you will be redirected to the Meta dashboard.

  1. 進入建立的應用程式頁面，向下滾動至看到「WhatsApp」後點擊「設定」。 Scroll down until you see WhatsApp and click Set up.

  1. 按下「繼續」接受 Cloud API 的使用條款。 Press "Continue" to accept the terms of use for the Cloud API.

  1. 可由選項「立即開始」進行收發測試訊息，測試應用程式設定是否成功。 You can perform a send test message by selecting the "Start Now" tab to verify if the application settings are successful.

連接電話號碼

  1. 點擊「新增電話號碼」，將電話號碼連接至您的 WhatsApp 商業帳號。 Click on "Add Phone Number" to link your phone number to your WhatsApp Business account.

  1. 填寫您的商家資訊，然後點擊下一步。 Fill in your business information and click "Next."

  1. 輸入您的電話號碼進行驗證，您可透過簡訊或通話兩種驗證方式，收到六位數長度數字進行驗證。 Enter your phone number for verification. You can choose either SMS or call verification and receive a six-digit code for verification.

4. 查閱收發訊息區域，將顯示您所添加的電話號碼。 Check the Send and receive message, where the added phone number will be displayed.

您已將電話號碼與 WhatsApp 連接！接著，您需要將其連接到 FIRST LINE，從 FIRST LINE 以發送和接收訊息。 You have successfully connected your phone number to WhatsApp! Next, you need to connect it to FIRST LINE to send and receive messages from FIRST LINE.

連接 WhatsApp 到 FIRST LINE

After successful authorization, the list will display the WhatsApp Business account(s) you have authorized.

  1. 選擇要連接的電話號碼，而使用的電話號碼需經過 META 驗證。 Choose the phone number you want to connect, and make sure the phone number has been verified by META.

新增回呼網址

  1. 回到 Facebook 開發者應用程式中的 WhatsApp 區塊。找到「設定」子區塊，並設置回呼網址。將產生的回呼網址和驗證權杖填入對應的 Webhook 對話框欄位，確認並儲存您所做的變更。 Return to the WhatsApp section in the Facebook Developer App. Locate the 'Configuration' subsection and set up the Callback URL. Fill in the generated Callback URL and verification token into the corresponding fields of the webhook dialog box, then verify and save your changes.

訂閱 Webhook 事件

  1. 在下方的「Webhooks 欄位」中，點擊「編輯」並在選單中選擇「messages」，點選訂閱訊息事件。 In the 'Webhooks field' below, click 'Edit' and select 'messages' from the menu, then subscribe to the message event.

如何更改個人資料圖片和顯示名稱？

當您授權 WhatsApp 權限至 FIRST LINE 後，您可以透過列表進行調整與修改。

如何建立訊息範本？

當由您主動開啟對話，或聯絡過去24小時未曾交談的客戶，必須使用已登記的範本訊息，且必須經 WhatsApp 核准才能發送。

  1. 前往 Whatsapp Business manager 管理介面。

  2. 在左側面板上，轉到「帳戶工具」>「訊息範本」。

  3. 點擊右上角的「建立範本」。

  4. 當您申請的範本通過審核，即可透過 FIRST LINE 發送。

訊息範本一旦遭到停用，即無法再傳送給顧客，直到其品質評分提升或不再違反 Meta 的商家或商務政策。

發送訊息後，客戶沒有收到。

對於從未與您開啟對話，或過去 24 小時內未在現有對話串中傳送訊息給您的客戶，訊息範本是唯一可以傳送給該客戶的訊息類型。

其他類型的訊息只能在客戶聯繫您之後才能進行發送。
