# 開場白與話術

## 設定開場白、話術

位於列表右上方「新增開場白」、「新增行銷話術」除了可以新建資料外，既有的每筆訊息都有「編輯」按鈕，當您點擊後將導向資料編輯頁面，即可在此頁面進行編輯或新增相關資訊。

當您設定完話術、開場白等內容後，當客戶通過電話來電時，彈出視窗將顯示相關資訊提示專員。而服務台上方的「管道分類」文字，若滑鼠移動至上也會告知專員相關資訊。

## 基本設定

進入主要編輯界面，顯示構成基本設定的欄位，欄位列表如下：
