# 通話時服務紀錄沒有建立

## 若專員還在通話中

通話當下請專員至右上方電話按鈕打開查看目前的通話狀態，並按下「建立服務紀錄」按鈕即可。

## 若專員已掛斷電話

電話事後您可以至「電話紀錄」中針對此特殊情況而未開啟服務的該筆通話後方「⋯」下拉選單，來手動新增服務紀錄，如圖

此功能會隨著「權限」的不同而有所區別，以擁有播放分機特定人員錄音權限作為判斷，該帳號能為什麼樣的人新增服務紀錄。
