# 透過電子信箱發送

使用此功能，你需先至設定新增至少一組電子信箱帳號，我們將透過此電子信箱進行發送信件。

## 發送信件

點進單一工單頁面，點擊位於最上方「透過信件發送」按鈕即可開啟介面。

發送介面開啟後，即可看到以下欄位 

* 1\. **傳送至信箱**：信件發送的地址 
* 2\. **以這個地址寄送信件**：系統內管理者所設定的電子信箱，將透過指定的信箱進行發送。 
* 3\. **主旨**：信件主旨，預設為工單標題。 
* 4\. **補充說明**：你可以補充額外訊息於信件內，將會加註於信件內容前頭。

當您的資料輸入就緒後，點擊「**傳送信件**」將會進行寄送。
